Anand Kuchibhotla, President & CEO, is a visionary, inspiring, renowned, and well accomplished individual in the American Indian community. After having several senior management positions in the corporate world of Fortune 500 companies, he turned to become a social entrepreneur. He founded Silicon Andhra in 2001, a non-profit organization with goals to create cultural identity for the next generation youth, mainly living in the USA. Anand intends to create opportunities for next generation youth to understand their roots and contribute for the betterment of the world. He led several initiatives that are having long lasting societal impact for generations to come. He made significant impact in the communities in the USA and India through different socio-cultural and academic activities. Today Silicon Andhra activities span across the continents and its academic footprint has more than 10,000 students. Anand is recognized and honored for his leadership and creativity by several organizations.

Raju Chamarthi, Provost, is passionate about Indian Fine Arts and Languages. He has been working with the next generation students of Indian origin for 10+ years to promote Indian Culture and Language.
He is the President and Dean of SiliconAndhra ManaBadi which is a non-profit initiative to teach Telugu language to the students aged 4 years and above. This initiative started in April 2007 with 150 students and 20 volunteers in California. Under Raju’s leadership these ManaBadi classes expanded to 35 states in US, 12 countries with 9000+ students and 1500+ volunteers. Today the SiliconAndhra ManaBadi is a globally well known and is considered “IVY League” school for Telugu learning.
Raju has worked in several Silicon Valley Technology companies for 20+ years, but now focused full time on University of Silicon Andhra Academic activities.

Sarath Veta is the Vice President of Community Outreach at the University of SiliconAndhra. He is very passionate about Indian art forms and languages. He served for SiliconAndhra ManaBadi as the Vice President of Publicity, Technology, and Global Development for 12+ years. Under his leadership, ManaBadi gained 200+ new locations in the USA and 10+ international locations, contributing immensely to ManaBadi's phenomenal growth in the past decade. He has fostered relationships with countless other local, national, and international Telugu organizations. He has helped increase the global footprint of ManaBadi via vigorous publicity efforts including print, digital, and broadcast media.
He also worked as the Vice President of SiliconAndhra, leading USA Northeast operations. He played a crucial role in coordinating and conducting the Annamayya Jayanthi competitions and celebrations, Telugu Cultural Festival, SAMPADA operations, and Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University examinations.
Previously, Sarath Veta worked for 12+ years in India for the State Government of Andhra Pradesh and other organizations, 16+ years in the USA in several Information Technology and Non- Profit organizations.

Kartikeya (Kartik) Patel, Ph.D., is Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness and Research. Over two decades in academia, Dr. Patel has held many positions including Dean of the Online/Distance Learning Programs and Educational Information Technology, Associate Professor, and Accreditation Liaison Officer (ALO). He served on the Substantive Change Committee of the Accrediting Commission for Senior Colleges and Universities, Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WSCUC) and conducted over 35 substantive change reviews of accredited institutions involving new online/distance learning initiatives, new sites, international, dual-degree , degree level and organizational changes such as mission change or institutional mergers. Dr. Patel is currently serving as an evaluator for WSCUC and regularly conducts institutional site visits. In 2009, he was nominated by Dr. Angeles Arrien for the prestigious Fetzer project on Higher Education Leadership titled "Inter-Generational Mentoring Community: Fostering an Emergence and Transfer of Leadership in Higher Education." Dr. Patel has presented at numerous conferences including UNESCO, EDUCAUSE, Sloan-C, WASCARC, American Philosophical Association, and American Academy of Religion. He has published accross disciplines, and his latest work will appear in the Oxford Handbook of Psychology and Spirituality (Oxford University Press). Dr. Patel completed his BA in India, MA in the United Kingdom, and Ph.D. in the United States.
