He founded SiliconAndhra in 2001, a non-profit organization with goals to maintain and perpetuate the Telugu Samskruti (Culture), Sahityam (Literature) and Sampradayam (Tradition) among the Telugu speaking people across the world. One of the key objectives of SiliconAndhra is to educate the next generation kids about the rich telugu cultural heritage. Today SiliconAndhra activities span across the continents.

Chief Operating OfficerNaga Ajay Ganti, Chief Operating Officer, is an accomplished IT industry Business development and Operations, executive. He has held senior leadership positions in several large and start-up companies in the US. He is known for his “passion for execution” and his community volunteering. He has program managed events, managed and motivated cross-functional teams, contributed to fundraising and marketing activities at several non-profits including SiliconAndhra.
Chief Academic Officer
Raju Chamarthi, Chief Academic Officer, is the President and Dean of SiliconAndhra ManaBadi which is a non-profit initiative to teach Telugu language to the kids aged 4 years and above. This initiative started in April 2007 with 150 kids and 20 volunteers in California. Under Raju’s leadership these ManaBadi classes expanded to 35 states in US, 12 countries with 8000+ students and 1200+ volunteers. Today the SiliconAndhra ManaBadi is a globally well-known and is considered “IVY League” school for Telugu learning.

Dilip Kondiparti, Chief Compliance & Audit Officer, is a strong Leader, strategist and evangelist, high performing project management executive with expertise in directly handling multiple projects across multiple organizational domains. He has proven track record of successfully delivering projects deployment, data security, and designing and implementation of IT solutions. Has excellent leadership skills with creative problem solving ability. His past experience includes working as Foreign Student Advisor for New York Institute of Technology and delivering projects at Stanford University long term initiatives.
